We are located for more than 10 years, in the Saint-Etienne area of France, which is famous and well-known for its high quality and competence in mechanics.We have developed a range of products and services with the aim to supply turnkey solutions for rollers and winding cores.

Roll Concept is definitively a human sized company. Flexibililty and short reaction times are our day to day goal.

Organisation and services :

• Sales department : our sales team is composed with market specialists, this is the key of our customers business knowledge and ensures the most appropriate answer to each specicific need : Quotation, Sales administration, Order follow-up, Logistics, ...
• Engineering department to carry out product customisation and development
• Production department : the high reactivity of Roll Conept is linked to the important profile stock which allows short delivery times. Every year more than 60 tonnes of profile are managed ! Our workshop is organised for production rollers and winding cores ready to use (saw, drilling machine, straightening press, balancing machine, etc.)

Roll Concept is a brand of Spoolex SAS. Our Spoolex company is organised in 3 departments covering complementary fields in the web converting industry :

• Our Technical rollers department, designs, manufactures and sales through its Roll Concept brand,  technical rollers and winding cores for machine manufacturers and end users
  
• Our Machinery department, designs, manufactures and sales through its well-known Calemard brand, slitters/rewinders and traverse winders - www.calemard.com
  
• Our Ultrasonics department and its Decoup+ brand, is the specialist of ultrasonic continuous cutting and sealing solutions - www.decoup.com
