• Alveotube® 3RC Profiles :

The Alveotube® 3RC profiles are made from extruded aluminium. The profile is the combination of 2 concentric tubes linked together by 6 blades. This profile is ideal design for technical rollers and winding cores.

There are 8 sizes of Alveotube® 3RC profiles :

• 3RC 60
• 3RC 80
• 3RC 100
• 3RC 120
• 3RC 145
• 3RC 200
• 3RC 230

• Alveotube® 2RK Profiles :

The Alveotube® 2RK profiles are made from extruded aluminium. The
profile is the combination of 1 concentric tube and 1 square tube linked together by 4
blades. This profile is ideal design for winding
cores.

There are 2 sizes of Alveotube® 2RK profiles :

• 2RK 120
• 2RK 145

• Corexal® profiles :

Corexal® is formed from 3 interlocking assemblies as shown beside. The ends are closed by end-caps which are grooved. in the groove a return spring acts when the prssure is exhausting from expanding
