Thermal rollers based on our Alveotube® profiles enabling an excellent thermal transfer : double internal fluid circulation, thin surface and light weight compared with a standard double casing roller !

The major interest of the alveolar structure of our Alveotube® 3RC profile is : The ability to transform easily and simply into a thermal transfer To allow a double internal fluid circulation Its aluminium structure guarantees : Light roller with low inertia Thin surface for excellent thermal transfer To reduce from 50% its weight than a standard double casing roller	Live shaft ends In standard version, we supply thermal roller as simple roller to be installed on existing machines But also, on request, as cooling unit made of a tubular frame with 3 rollers : 2 thermal rollers enable to cool the 2 sides of the web and an idler roll to guide the cooled web
